Muay Thai makes use of four body parts: legs, knees, elbows and hands. Techniques taught are learned quickly and are easily integrated into daily life. This system provides stress relief, upper and lower body strength, cardiovascular conditioning and self-defense. We teach authentic Muay Thai using basic and advanced techniques.

Learn all the fundamentals of boxing through an intense workout consisting of pad training and bag drills. This fun, fast tempo class, focuses on building a solid foundation emphasizing stances, movement and explosive offensive techniques. Fitness boxing is the first step in laying the groundwork for a life of fitness and well-being.

An innovative class specifically tailored for all fitness levels. Combining combat sports and sports specific types of performance training regimens. It is a highly energetic and fun class. Great for first timers willing to engage their bodies into an intense and exciting workout.

Designed for kids and teens ages 5-19 years old. Classes are divided into five main combat sports: Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Submission-Wrestling/Grappling. Classes make for a well-rounded fitness program for kids and teens.

An advanced class designed to perfect moves learned in Muay Thai Kickboxing classes. Thai Pads and additional equipment are used in this class.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a style of martial art that focuses on ground fighting. It is based on the principle that a smaller, weaker person can defend themselves against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and proper body positioning as well as by using joint locks and chokes called submission techniques.  Our classes focus on technical training in a positive and safe environment, which involve learning and drilling specific techniques as well as live grappling.

A class just for women looking to build the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai kick fighting. A fun, fast tempo class with emphasis on proper form, stance, movement, and offensive power techniques. Dubbed as the “Ultimate Stress Management Experience,” the class focuses on serving as a challenge for the mind, body and core conditioning.

A new innovative fitness program approach in promoting improved fitness performance of every individual.  The program will help achieve individual fitness goals both training and challenging using progressions and overload variables based in the balance, strength and movements.  Promoting a continuous cycles of performance improvement based on results and is a systematic approach to improving athlete performance using an open road map that maximizes an athlete’s performance, health and fitness potential.

Our Trainers will help athletes of all ages with their abilities to compete at a higher level, gain motivation and push the boundaries of mental and physical fortitude. We teach athletes to never accept that where you are is the best you can be. There is always a new level that can be reached and there is always something more you can do to improve performance via purposeful training.  Progress is inexhaustible.
